A high-performance temporary fixing, specially designed for the implementation of carbon fibers.
CARBONtak™ is a high-performance aerosol adhesive that temporarily holds lightweight carbon fibers in place during the manufacturing of composite parts. It is particularly well-suited for producing natural-looking, unpainted carbon parts manufactured using the vacuum bagging process.
It ensures effective support of the fibers during the various preparation and implementation stages, while facilitating their positioning before impregnation with the resin.
Unlike conventional adhesives, CARBONtak™ has been specifically developed and tested to ensure its compatibility with all major resin systems used in composite manufacturing:
Epoxy resins
vinylester resins
Polyester resins
CARBONtak™: the ideal solution to hold your carbon fibers in place with precision, without compromising compatibility with your resin system.
Performance, lightness and strength for your composite creations.
This 160 g/m² 3K Twill Carbon Fibre fabric is ideal for manufacturing and reinforcing composite parts requiring an excellent weight/strength ratio.
Its twill weave (2/2) offers excellent flexibility and a good ability to conform to shapes and curves, thus facilitating its application on complex surfaces.
Its weight of 160 g/m² allows for lightweight laminations while benefiting from the excellent mechanical properties of carbon fiber.
With its width of 100 cm, it is particularly suitable for the manufacture of surfboards, foil boards, foil wings, nautical equipment and other technical parts in composite materials.
Strength, rigidity and performance for your carbon fiber creations.
This 200 g/m² 3K twill carbon fiber fabric is specially adapted for the manufacture of composite parts requiring an excellent compromise between mechanical strength, rigidity and lightness.
Thanks to its 2/2 twill weave, this fabric offers good flexibility and excellent draping ability. It easily conforms to shapes, curves, and complex surfaces, making it particularly suitable for manufacturing surfboards, foil boards, and other nautical equipment.
Its weight of 200 g/m² allows for a more substantial carbon reinforcement than a lightweight fabric, ideal for reinforcing structures and optimizing the mechanical performance of your creations.
With its width of 100 cm, it is suitable for both artisanal manufacturing projects and professional applications in the field of composites.
Performance, strength and lightness for your composite creations.
This 200 g/m² 3K Twill Carbon Fibre fabric is ideal for manufacturing and reinforcing composite parts requiring excellent mechanical properties and a high-quality exposed carbon finish.
Its 2/2 twill weave provides good flexibility and excellent draping properties, facilitating its application on curved surfaces and complex shapes. It is perfectly suited to the manufacturing requirements of nautical equipment and technical parts made of composite materials.
With a weight of 200 g/m², it offers an excellent balance between lightness, rigidity, and mechanical strength. Its 125 cm width provides a comfortable working surface, particularly useful for laminating surfboards, wingfoils, and many other types of equipment.
