SCOPE AND MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website www.shaper.fr.
Shaper.fr reserves the right to adapt or modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the general terms and conditions of sale in effect on the date of the order will apply to each order.
ARTICLE 2
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Upon receipt of your order, we will check the availability of the product(s) ordered. In the event of unavailability, we undertake, within 30 days of order confirmation, to either deliver the product ordered, offer you a similar product at a similar price, or refund you by check or credit note.
The order confirmation date corresponds to:
- The order date in the case of online payment by credit card.
- The date the check is received if paying by check
- The date the transfer is received if paying by bank transfer
In the event of an exceptional stock shortage on one of the products in your order, we can ship the remainder of your order with your consent.
Pre-order items:
- The availability date is displayed on the product page on the website.
- Pre-ordering gives you the opportunity to purchase and therefore reserve your product in advance. You are guaranteed to have it as soon as it becomes available on the website.
Please note that the manufacturer may change the availability date at any time. Please note that all products ordered with your pre-ordered item will also be delivered on this date, unless you notify us otherwise.

ELECTRONIC VALIDATION OF ORDERS
Every order on shaper.fr consists of 4 steps.
1/ Adding the items to the cart.
2/ Entering your billing and delivery information.
3/ Summary and final confirmation of your order.
4/ Access to the payment method selected in your shopping cart.
An order will be considered valid when these four steps have been correctly completed.

PRICES
Shaper.fr reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the current rates indicated to you at the time of your order, subject to availability at that date.

PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
In all cases, payment is made in Euros.

Payment is made on a secure server of the Caisse d'Epargne's Systempay platform. This means that no banking information about you is transmitted via the Shaper.fr website. Payment by credit card is therefore completely secure; your order will be recorded and validated upon payment acceptance.

Our partner Oney Bank offers you a financing solution called 3x 4x Oney, which allows you to pay for your purchases from €100 to €3,000 in 3 or 4 installments with your credit card.
Conditions:
This offer is reserved for individuals (adults) residing in France and holding a Visa or MasterCard bank card with an expiration date beyond the chosen financing period. Systematic authorization cards, such as Electron, Maestro, Nickel, etc., as well as e-cards, Indigo, and American Express cards, are not accepted.

You review the general terms and conditions for the installment payment plan you wish to subscribe to, which are provided to you in PDF format so that you can read, print, and save them before accepting them. You then indicate your electronic acceptance by checking the corresponding box. You acknowledge that the "double click" associated with the checkbox for acknowledging the general terms and conditions constitutes consent to enter into a contract and constitutes irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of the product's general terms and conditions. Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded by Oney Bank constitutes proof of all transactions between you and OneyBank.
