The Under Glass FCS II copy milling cutter is designed to accurately create the housings for FCS II fin boxes when manufacturing or repairing surfboards.

When used with a compatible router or trimmer, it allows you to work by copying onto a suitable template to obtain precise and regular machining, facilitating the integration of the boxes into the structure of the board.
Its 1/4" (6.35 mm) shaft allows it to be mounted on machines equipped with a clamping collet corresponding to this diameter.

The surfboard fin angle measuring jig is a handy tool designed to facilitate the precise positioning of fin boxes when installing them on a surfboard.

It allows you to control and adjust the mounting angle of the fins according to four predefined values: 0°, 3°, 5° and 9° . This helps to respect the desired mounting plan and to obtain a consistent configuration between the different boxes.
