The WoodKit PRO Spitfire  was designed by shaper David Weber and brings together everything you need to make your own Hollow surfboard out of Paulownia wood.

It includes:

- the board's skeleton, laser-cut from Surfply3L (100% Paulownia plywood)
- 8 planed Paulownia boards for the deck/bottom (150mm wide and 4mm thick)
- 10 bendable Paulownia wood strips to form the rails of the board (10x10mm section)
- 5 Paulownia reinforcement blocks for the nose/tail and fin areas.
- Assembly instructions written by David Weber

The kit is manufactured by iPaulownia using paulownia wood sourced from plantations in the Valencia region of Spain. Paulownia is a very lightweight wood (260-280 kg/m³) that is resistant to water, salt, and torsion. It is easy to work with and gives the board an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

The LOG is a stable board, with a wide spoon and width at the nose, to allow you to easily walk and rest your toes at the end of the board. The belly + vee at the tail will give you maneuverability. For intermediate/expert surfing.

We carry out the machining in our latest generation Aku Shaper machines and deliver you a pre-shape on which the rocker, outline, rails and hull shapes are already precisely machined so that all you have to do is a simple finishing sanding step by hand!

POSCA water-based paint marker for all types of surfaces. PC5M - 2.5mm fine conical tip POSCA markers can be used directly on the foam board or once the board is finished with a spray varnish. Thanks to its closed-cell structure, this foam blank offers excellent resistance to dents , preserving the appearance and performance of your board, even after many sessions.

Another signature of the brand: its brilliant white . Surfblanks uses a specific UV brightener that guarantees exceptionally white foam while contributing to a high-quality aesthetic finish.
