This finishing network abrasive sheet is specially designed for the final stages of surfboard shaping . Its network (mesh) structure allows for optimal dust evacuation , ensuring clean, even, and clog-free sanding.

Compatible with the Velcro fasteners of shaping blocks , it attaches quickly and stays perfectly in place during work, while offering easy grain change depending on the desired level of finish.

Available in 120, 240, 320 and 400 grit , this abrasive sheet allows for progressive and precise work:

  • 120 : Pre-finishing and removal of the last marks

  • 240 : Refining shapes and curves

  • 320 : fine smoothing before lamination

  • 400 : very fine finish and perfectly homogeneous surface

The mesh structure ensures consistent and durable abrasion , ideal for achieving clean lines and a consistent feel without over-sanding.

The WoodKit PRO Dream Catcher was designed by shaper David Weber and brings together everything you need to make your own Hollow surfboard out of Paulownia wood.

It includes:

- the board's skeleton, laser-cut from Surfply3L (100% Paulownia plywood)
- 8 planed Paulownia boards for the deck/bottom (150mm wide and 4mm thick)
- 10 bendable Paulownia wood strips to form the rails of the board (10x10mm section)
- 5 Paulownia reinforcement blocks for the nose/tail and fin areas.

The kit is manufactured by iPaulownia using paulownia wood sourced from plantations in the Valencia region of Spain. Paulownia is a very lightweight wood (260-280 kg/m³) that is resistant to water, salt, and torsion. It is easy to work with and gives the board an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
