Le Polyclean est un solvant non volatile et non toxique pour le nettoyage des outils pollués par des résines polyester ou époxy.
A la différence de l'acétone, il ne s'évapore pas et peut être conservé longtemps dans un récipient non hermétique

Le catalyseur PMEK se mélange à la résine polyester à hauteur de 1,5 à 2% pour amorcer la réaction de polymérisation (durcissement de la résine).

Il est disponible en conditionnement de 50ml, 125ml, 1l ou 5L.

MEKP (PMEK) traditional catalytic SPR polyester resin is specially formulated for surfboard manufacturing and repair. It offers excellent versatility for lamination and hot coating , with controlled curing time and a professional-quality finish.

Appreciated by shapers for its ease of application , good transparency and compatibility with polyurethane foams, SPR resin is ideal for both professional workshops and demanding DIY projects.

⚠️ Usage tips

Catalyze at a rate of 2% with a MEKP (PMEK) hardener . Mix well before application.
Work in a ventilated environment and wear personal protective equipment.

Designed for coloring polyester and epoxy resins , this high-quality pigment allows for transparent or semi-transparent effects while preserving the depth and gloss of the resin.

Thanks to its high concentration, a small amount of pigment is sufficient to obtain the desired intensity.
The dosage can be adjusted according to the desired effect, ranging from a light translucent tint to a more intense colouring while maintaining a transparent appearance.

The WoodKit PRO Retro Fish was designed by shaper David Weber and brings together everything you need to make your own Hollow surfboard out of Paulownia wood.

It includes:

- the board's skeleton, laser-cut from Surfply3L (100% Paulownia plywood)
- 8 planed Paulownia boards for the deck/bottom (150mm wide and 4mm thick)
- 10 bendable Paulownia wood strips to form the rails of the board (10x10mm section)
- 5 Paulownia reinforcement blocks for the nose/tail and fin areas.

The kit is manufactured by iPaulownia using paulownia wood sourced from plantations in the Valencia region of Spain. Paulownia is a very lightweight wood (260-280 kg/m³) that is resistant to water, salt, and torsion. It is easy to work with and gives the board an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

M Foam is a cross-linked PVC foam for “High performance” sandwich structures subjected to various static and dynamic loads. This material is compatible with the majority of thermosetting and thermoplastic resins on the market (epoxy, polyester, vinylester, phenolic and certain acrylic resins).
