Designed for the manufacture of Longoard type surfboards, the Surfblanks 10'2" MAL polyurethane foam blank is an essential reference for demanding shapers.

Thanks to its closed-cell structure, this foam blank offers excellent resistance to dents , preserving the appearance and performance of your board, even after many sessions.

Another signature of the brand: its brilliant white . Surfblanks uses a specific UV brightener that guarantees exceptionally white foam while contributing to a high-quality aesthetic finish.

The WoodKit PRO Basic includes everything you need to make your own Hollow surfboard out of Paulownia wood.

It includes:

- 8 planed Paulownia boards for the deck/bottom (150mm wide and 5mm thick)
- 12 bendable Paulownia wood strips to form the rails of the board (10x10mm section)
- 5 Paulownia reinforcement blocks for the nose/tail and fin areas.

Optional:
- Plywood panels ( 5mm poplar ply or 5.5mm Surfply3L) for cutting out the frame
- CNC laser cutting of the skeleton from a 3D shape file

The kit is manufactured by iPaulownia using paulownia wood sourced from plantations in the Valencia region of Spain. Paulownia is a very lightweight wood (260-280 kg/m³) that is resistant to water, salt, and torsion. It is easy to work with and gives the board an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

La MTN Water Based 400 est une bombe de peinture à base d’eau adaptée pour pouvoir peindre sur la mousse polystyrène. Sa faible contenance en solvants signifie que son odeur est réduite.La peinture est soluble dans l'eau durant les 10 premières minutes de séchage il est donc possible de l'effacer avec de l'eau ou de la retravailler avec d'autres techniques comme un pinceau humide.

It includes:

- 4 planed Paulownia boards for the deck/bottom (300mm wide and 5mm thick)
- 12 bendable Paulownia wood strips to form the rails of the board (10x10mm section)
- 5 Paulownia reinforcement blocks for the nose/tail and fin areas.

Optional:

- Planed Paulownia panels for the deck/bottom (600mm wide and 6mm thick)
- 12 bendable Paulownia wood strips to form the rails of the board (10x10mm section)
- 5 Paulownia reinforcement blocks for the nose/tail and fin areas.
