The WoodKit PRO Rocket was designed by shaper David Weber and brings together everything you need to make your own Hollow surfboard out of Paulownia wood.

It includes:

- the board's skeleton, laser-cut from Surfply3L (100% Paulownia plywood)
- 8 planed Paulownia boards for the deck/bottom (150mm wide and 4mm thick)
- 10 bendable Paulownia wood strips to form the rails of the board (10x10mm section)
- 5 Paulownia reinforcement blocks for the nose/tail and fin areas.
- Assembly instructions written by David Weber

The kit is manufactured by iPaulownia using paulownia wood sourced from plantations in the Valencia region of Spain. Paulownia is a very lightweight wood (260-280 kg/m³) that is resistant to water, salt, and torsion. It is easy to work with and gives the board an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

M Foam is a cross-linked PVC foam for “High performance” sandwich structures subjected to various static and dynamic loads. This material is compatible with the majority of thermosetting and thermoplastic resins on the market (epoxy, polyester, vinylester, phenolic and certain acrylic resins).

Designed for the manufacture of Fish type surfboards, the Surfblanks 6'4" F polyurethane foam blank is an essential reference for demanding shapers.

Thanks to its closed-cell structure, this foam blank offers excellent resistance to dents , preserving the appearance and performance of your board, even after many sessions.

Another signature of the brand: its brilliant white . Surfblanks uses a specific UV brightener that guarantees exceptionally white foam while contributing to a high-quality aesthetic finish.

The Nose Protector is a moulded Silicon sleeve designed for safety from the pointed nose of the board. Also protects the surfboard from damage and the surfboard from damaging other boards. Backed with world class 3M adhesive.

Pain de Mousse XTRAFOAM 9'5" en mousse polyuréthane (PU) pour la réalisation d'une planche de type longboard.

Le Gel Coat transparent s'utilise, entre autres, pour la réalisation de pinline car sa viscosité permet de créer une sur-épaisseur lors de l'application.
