UV-cured SPR polyester resin is specially designed for the manufacture and finishing of surfboards. It only polymerizes under exposure to UV rays , offering total control over working time and increased productivity for shapers.

Ideal for lamination and hot coat , this resin guarantees excellent transparency, a glossy finish and easy sanding, while reducing losses related to setting time.

⚠️ Usage tips

Apply the resin away from UV light. Once the lamination is complete, expose the board to sunlight or under a UV lamp to trigger polymerization.
Use personal protective equipment and work in a ventilated area.

Designed for coloring polyester and epoxy resins , this high-quality pigment allows for transparent or semi-transparent effects while preserving the depth and gloss of the resin.

Thanks to its high concentration, a small amount of pigment is sufficient to obtain the desired intensity.
The dosage can be adjusted according to the desired effect, ranging from a light translucent tint to a more intense colouring while maintaining a transparent appearance.

This Hard foam interface is specially designed for Flexpad blocks , offering precise and firm sanding when shaping surfboards.
Its high density allows for optimal control in areas requiring sustained pressure, ideal for roughing and shaping rails and rocker .

The rigid but slightly flexible foam conforms to the curves of the board while ensuring even pressure distribution, for clean and consistent work.

The Velcro fastening system ensures quick and secure attachment to the Flexpad, allowing easy changing of the foam according to the needs of the shape and the type of abrasive used.

The WoodKit PRO The Tanker was designed by shaper David Weber and brings together everything you need to make your own Hollow surfboard out of Paulownia wood.

It includes:

- the board's skeleton, laser-cut from Surfply3L (100% Paulownia plywood)
- 8 planed Paulownia boards for the deck/bottom (150mm wide and 4mm thick)
- 10 bendable Paulownia wood strips to form the rails of the board (10x10mm section)
- 5 Paulownia reinforcement blocks for the nose/tail and fin areas.

The kit is manufactured by iPaulownia using paulownia wood sourced from plantations in the Valencia region of Spain. Paulownia is a very lightweight wood (260-280 kg/m³) that is resistant to water, salt, and torsion. It is easy to work with and gives the board an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
