The WoodKit PRO Dream Catcher was designed by shaper David Weber and brings together everything you need to make your own Hollow surfboard out of Paulownia wood.

It includes:

- the board's skeleton, laser-cut from Surfply3L (100% Paulownia plywood)
- 8 planed Paulownia boards for the deck/bottom (150mm wide and 4mm thick)
- 10 bendable Paulownia wood strips to form the rails of the board (10x10mm section)
- 5 Paulownia reinforcement blocks for the nose/tail and fin areas.
- Assembly instructions written by David Weber

The kit is manufactured by iPaulownia using paulownia wood sourced from plantations in the Valencia region of Spain. Paulownia is a very lightweight wood (260-280 kg/m³) that is resistant to water, salt, and torsion. It is easy to work with and gives the board an aesthetically pleasing appearance.

M Foam is a cross-linked PVC foam for “High performance” sandwich structures subjected to various static and dynamic loads. This material is compatible with the majority of thermosetting and thermoplastic resins on the market (epoxy, polyester, vinylester, phenolic and certain acrylic resins).

Satin acrylic varnish

Designed for the manufacture of shortboard -type surfboards, the Surfblanks 6'8" polyurethane foam blank is an essential reference for demanding shapers.

Thanks to its closed-cell structure, this foam blank offers excellent resistance to dents , preserving the appearance and performance of your board, even after many sessions.

Another signature of the brand: its brilliant white . Surfblanks uses a specific UV brightener that guarantees exceptionally white foam while contributing to a high-quality aesthetic finish.

Sandscrren is used for finishing rails because its weave allows it to take a rounded shape to adapt to the contours but its back side glued with Velcro also allows it to be used on a Foampad to give its finish to the complete shape.

Fabriqués à partir de polystyrène NEOPS® de KNAUF INDUSTRIES®, le naphta issu du raffinage du pétrole a été remplacé par un naptha végétal issu de la compression des végétaux : élagages publics et privés, rotations agricoles, débroussaillages, feuilles mortes, tontes amenées en déchetterie.
La mousse est également 100% recyclable via le réseau de retraitement Knauf Circular. 

Les billes de polystyrène sont agglomérées dans un moule proche du shape final sous haute pression, permettant une excellente résistance à la compression, une faible absorption d'eau et de résine lors de la stratification et une finition facilitée au ponçage par rapport au polystyrène conventionnel en blocs.
