The Under Glass FCS II copy milling cutter is designed to accurately create the housings for FCS II fin boxes when manufacturing or repairing surfboards.

When used with a compatible router or trimmer, it allows you to work by copying onto a suitable template to obtain precise and regular machining, facilitating the integration of the boxes into the structure of the board.
Its 1/4" (6.35 mm) shaft allows it to be mounted on machines equipped with a clamping collet corresponding to this diameter.

FCS II Dummy Fins are positioning tools specifically designed to facilitate the installation of FCS II fin boxes when manufacturing or repairing a surfboard.

Inserted into the housings before final mounting, these mounting brackets help maintain the housings in the correct orientation and ensure the intended tilt angle during installation. This contributes to precise and consistent alignment of the housings during bonding and lamination.

The FCS / FCS II compatibility kit allows the use of fins equipped with the Dual Tab system (classic FCS) in FCS II generation bodies.

This practical solution offers the possibility of keeping and reusing your classic FCS fins on a board equipped with FCS II plugs, without having to replace your set of fins.
