Personalize your surfboard with your own logo using our UV printing service on tissue paper , specially designed to be integrated during the lamination of a board.

We print your design directly onto tissue paper specially adapted for integration into resin .
UV printing allows for a precise and durable finish, while preserving the thinness of the substrate.

White printing option:
To prevent your logo's colors from becoming transparent or losing their intensity once the paper is saturated with resin, we can print a white underlayer beneath your design. This option helps preserve the brightness and contrast of your logo after lamination.
Printing in white is particularly recommended for:

• logos featuring light or bright colours;
• visuals intended to be placed on a dark surface;
• designs requiring an opaque finish and faithful reproduction of the original colors.

Accepted formats: .AI, .EPS, flat PDF, flat PNG
Recommended resolution: 300 dpi at final size

SPR GLOSS polyester resin is a specific formulation based on paraffin-impregnated styrene , designed for hot coat and gloss coat applications in surfboard manufacturing. It allows for complete surface polymerization , without a tacky effect, and guarantees a smooth, glossy, and durable finish.

Ideal for shapers seeking a professional finish, SPR GLOSS offers excellent surface tension, very good leveling and ease of sanding and polishing, for a high-end final result.

⚠️ Usage tips

Catalyze with a MEKP (PMEK) hardener at a dosage between 2 and 4%. Apply in a uniform layer.
Work in a clean, ventilated and temperature-controlled environment for optimal results.

⚠️ Usage tips

Apply the resin away from UV light. Once the lamination is complete, expose the board to sunlight or under a UV lamp to trigger polymerization.
Use personal protective equipment and work in a ventilated area.
