The BAXT M3 77mm sheepskin polishing pad is specially designed for precision polishing and finishing small surfaces. Thanks to its wool fibers, it offers superior abrasive power compared to a foam pad, allowing for effective correction of surface imperfections and a high-quality, glossy finish.

Its small diameter of 77 mm makes it particularly suitable for working in hard-to-reach areas, curved surfaces, angles and small parts requiring precise polishing.

Its back, equipped with a Velcro self-gripping system, allows for quick attachment to the pad holder, facilitating the mounting and replacement of the sheepskin.

Biomass ça veut dire quoi ?
Fabriqués à partir de polystyrène NEOPS® de KNAUF INDUSTRIES®, le naphta issu du raffinage du pétrole a été remplacé par un naptha végétal issu de la compression des végétaux : élagages publics et privés, rotations agricoles, débroussaillages, feuilles mortes, tontes amenées en déchetterie.
La mousse est également 100% recyclable via le réseau de retraitement Knauf Circular. 

Les billes de polystyrène sont agglomérées dans un moule proche du shape final sous haute pression, permettant une excellente résistance à la compression, une faible absorption d'eau et de résine lors de la stratification et une finition facilitée au ponçage par rapport au polystyrène conventionnel en blocs.

What does biomass mean?
Made from NEOPS® polystyrene from KNAUF INDUSTRIES® , the naphtha from oil refining has been replaced by a plant-based naphtha from the compression of plants: public and private pruning, agricultural rotations, clearing, dead leaves, grass cuttings taken to the recycling center.
The foam is also 100% recyclable through the Knauf Circular reprocessing network.

The polystyrene beads are agglomerated in a mold close to the final shape under high pressure, allowing excellent compressive strength, low water and resin absorption during lamination and an easier sanding finish compared to conventional polystyrene in blocks.

The Under Glass FCS II copy milling cutter is designed to accurately create the housings for FCS II fin boxes when manufacturing or repairing surfboards.

When used with a compatible router or trimmer, it allows you to work by copying onto a suitable template to obtain precise and regular machining, facilitating the integration of the boxes into the structure of the board.
Its 1/4" (6.35 mm) shaft allows it to be mounted on machines equipped with a clamping collet corresponding to this diameter.
