Réalisez un usinage précis et régulier des logements de boîtiers d’ailerons FCS II grâce à ce gabarit de défonçage conçu pour une utilisation avec une défonceuse ou une affleureuse équipée d’une fraise de copiage.

Ce gabarit permet de reproduire fidèlement la forme et les dimensions des emplacements destinés aux boîtiers FCS II Original, pour une intégration propre et soignée dans votre planche de surf.

La fraise à copier Under Glass FCS II est conçue pour réaliser avec précision les logements destinés aux boîtiers d’ailerons FCS II lors de la fabrication ou de la réparation de planches de surf.

Utilisée avec une défonceuse ou une affleureuse compatible, elle permet de travailler par copiage sur un gabarit adapté afin d’obtenir un usinage précis et régulier, facilitant l’intégration des boîtiers dans la structure de la planche.
Son arbre de 1/4" (6,35 mm) permet son montage sur les machines équipées d'une pince de serrage correspondant à ce diamètre.

Les Dummy Fins FCS II sont des outils de positionnement spécialement conçus pour faciliter l’installation des boîtiers d’ailerons FCS II lors de la fabrication ou de la réparation d’une planche de surf.

Insérées dans les boîtiers avant leur fixation définitive, ces dérives de montage permettent de maintenir les boîtiers dans la bonne orientation et de respecter l’angle d’inclinaison prévu lors de la pose. Elles contribuent ainsi à obtenir un alignement précis et cohérent des boîtiers pendant les opérations de collage et de stratification.

Le kit de compatibilité FCS / FCS II permet d’utiliser des dérives équipées du système Dual Tab (FCS classique) dans des boîtiers de génération FCS II.

Cette solution pratique offre la possibilité de conserver et de réutiliser vos dérives FCS classiques sur une planche équipée de plugs FCS II, sans avoir à remplacer votre jeu de dérives.

Ciel glue is a french collage artist, currently based in Baleal, Portugal. His work is heavily influenced by his love for surfing and the ocean, which he first experienced at the age of 11. After spending 15 years working in graphic arts in paris, ciel glue moved to Portugal to connect more deeply with the surfing culture and the coastal environment. His art reflects this passion, using vintage magazines, books, and colored paper to create collages that blend a timeless, nostalgic feel with a playful energy.
